Was the industry good for the American workers? I believethat it was a good idea for some people but at the same time others thought diffrent. Most factory workers worked at that time, worked long hours and under harsh conditions. Everyone would espect that a hard jod would be paid at leat a good wages. Maybe it did help boost the American economy. but that didnt stop the owners to miss treat their workers.
But the good thing is that there was persons who did care of what the works went by. At that time there was a union that helped the workers to have a better jodb and with all the benifits. The workers would join the labor union to fight for a better job and to at leat to get benefits. There were some times that were some losses and gains for workers. Also that the hostility between the unions and employers to violence. I think that the industry was not so great from my perspective. It wasent that good because it led to many negative things to other persons. Even thought they were not the ones who had to go to the obstacles. No to the industry American, many has to suffer.
